The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission conducted a Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory search (PNDI) over Tweed Creek. The following is an excerpt of their findings:
“We are concerned about potential impacts to the fish, eggs and hatching fry from any in-stream work. Therefore, we request no in-stream activity be conducted from April 1 – 1 August in order to avoid adverse impacts during the spawning season for these species.”
Therefore, no construction of the Calvary Road Bridge will commence until August 2024.
